Frequently Asked Questions

Can I import from Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar?
Yes. Just export your calendars as .ics files from any provider and drop them into NimbleCal. Everything is end-to-end encrypted on import, whether you bring one calendar or a dozen.
Why charge for a calendar app?
Google Calendar is 'free' because Google's business model is ads and data. NimbleCal charges a fair price to avoid ever monetizing your schedule. No investors, no ads, no compromise on privacy.
What happens if I cancel my Plus subscription?
You keep Plus until the end of your billing period. After that, your account falls back to Free - you keep all your existing calendars and events, but you won't be able to create new ones beyond the Free limits (1 calendar, 3000 events). Your data stays yours, period.
Do you sell my data?
No. Your events are end-to-end encrypted, so there's nothing to sell. NimbleCal makes money from subscriptions, not from your calendar data.
How does offline editing work?
Your calendars and events are stored locally on your device. Edit anytime, even without internet. When you reconnect, changes sync reliably across your devices.
Does it work on mobile?
NimbleCal works in any browser, including mobile. Desktop gives you the full experience, while mobile browsers have some limitations - for example, reminders and background sync may not work reliably on iOS and some Android browsers. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are in development.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund within 30 days on your first payment, no questions asked. Email refunds@nimblecal.com with your Paddle receipt or transaction ID, or use paddle.net to locate the purchase.
