I want you to be completely satisfied with NimbleCal. Hence, the refund policy is simple and customer-friendly.
Purchases are processed through Polar (the merchant of record at checkout). Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Refund Terms
- 30-day money-back guarantee from first payment date
- No questions asked within this period
- Full refund of purchase price
- Processed through Polar (our merchant of record)
How to Request
- Email refunds@nimbledot.com with:
- Receipt or order ID
- The email address you used at checkout
- Date of purchase
- Requests must be within 30 days of first payment
- No explanation required, though feedback is appreciated
After Refund
- Your paid subscription will be canceled
- Your account falls back to the free plan (no data is deleted)
- You are always welcome to try NimbleCal again in the future
