Overview

I want you to be completely satisfied with NimbleCal. Hence, the refund policy is simple and customer-friendly.

Purchases are processed through Polar (the merchant of record at checkout). Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Refund Terms

  • 30-day money-back guarantee from first payment date
  • No questions asked within this period
  • Full refund of purchase price
  • Processed through Polar (our merchant of record)

How to Request

  1. Email refunds@nimbledot.com with:
    • Receipt or order ID
    • The email address you used at checkout
    • Date of purchase
  2. Requests must be within 30 days of first payment
  3. No explanation required, though feedback is appreciated

After Refund

  • Your paid subscription will be canceled
  • Your account falls back to the free plan (no data is deleted)
  • You are always welcome to try NimbleCal again in the future
