Our refund policy and early access guarantee.

TL;DR: 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, no questions asked. Email refunds@nimblecal.com with your Paddle receipt or Transaction ID, or use paddle.net to locate your purchase.

Overview

I want you to be completely satisfied with NimbleCal. Hence, the refund policy is simple and customer-friendly.

Purchases are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record at checkout. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.

Refund Terms

  • 30-day money-back guarantee from first payment date
  • No questions asked within this period
  • Full refund of the amount paid for that first payment
  • Processed through Paddle, our merchant of record at checkout

How to Request

  1. Send your request within 30 days of your first payment by either:
  2. Include:
    • Your Paddle receipt or Transaction ID (for Paddle Billing, transaction IDs start with txn_)
    • The email address you used at checkout
    • The date of purchase
  3. No explanation is required, though feedback is appreciated

After Refund

  • Your paid subscription will be canceled
  • Your account falls back to the free plan (no data is deleted)
  • You are always welcome to try NimbleCal again in the future

Processing

  • We review refund requests promptly
  • Once approved, Paddle handles the refund back to your original payment method
  • Your bank or payment method provider may take additional time to post the refund
