Overview
I want you to be completely satisfied with NimbleCal. Hence, the refund policy is simple and customer-friendly.
Purchases are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record at checkout. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
Refund Terms
- 30-day money-back guarantee from first payment date
- No questions asked within this period
- Full refund of the amount paid for that first payment
- Processed through Paddle, our merchant of record at checkout
How to Request
- Send your request within 30 days of your first payment by either:
- Emailing refunds@nimblecal.com, or
- Using paddle.net to locate the purchase and contact Paddle buyer support
- Include:
- Your Paddle receipt or Transaction ID (for Paddle Billing, transaction IDs start with
txn_) - The email address you used at checkout
- The date of purchase

- No explanation is required, though feedback is appreciated
After Refund
- Your paid subscription will be canceled
- Your account falls back to the free plan (no data is deleted)
- You are always welcome to try NimbleCal again in the future
Processing
- We review refund requests promptly
- Once approved, Paddle handles the refund back to your original payment method
- Your bank or payment method provider may take additional time to post the refund
