Step 1: Open the invite link from your email
NimbleCal invites include a secure token in the URL (often shown as #token=...).
Important: If you open the link without the token, NimbleCal cannot verify the invite and load the details.
Your invite link contains a private access code. For privacy, NimbleCal removes it from the address bar after the invite opens. If you need to come back later, use the original link from the invite email instead of copying the URL from your browser.
Step 2: If prompted, sign in
Some invites are tied to a specific NimbleCal account. If you're prompted, sign in with the email address that received the invite.
If you're signed in as the wrong account, NimbleCal will block the RSVP to protect access.
Step 3: RSVP
On the invite page, choose one:
- Accept
- Maybe
- Decline
Optional: Add it to another calendar
The invite page can also provide convenience buttons:
- Add to Google
- Add to Outlook
- Download ICS
These help you place the event on a different calendar, even if you are not using NimbleCal as your primary calendar.
