Your NimbleCal account is what ties your calendar to encryption keys and sync across devices.
Create an account
- Go to app.nimblecal.com.
- Choose Create account.
- Fill in the sign-up form and submit.
If you run into trouble during sign-up, see Sign-in issues.
If you are asked to confirm your email, check your inbox (and spam) for a verification link. After you click the link, NimbleCal lets you choose whether to finish confirmation in the current browser or copy the link somewhere else, then shows a short "Email confirmed" message after it succeeds.
If the link opens inside a mail app browser on mobile, use Copy confirmation link and paste it into Safari, Chrome, or the browser profile where you want to keep using NimbleCal before you continue.
- Go to app.nimblecal.com.
- Choose Sign in.
- Enter your email and password.
Forgot your password?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. For privacy, NimbleCal always shows a confirmation message, even if the email address is not on file.
Because NimbleCal uses end-to-end encryption, password resets have extra safety steps. If your account has not set up an encryption key yet (for example, a brand-new account), the reset is straightforward. If you still have a trusted device that can unlock NimbleCal, finish the reset there so your existing encrypted data stays accessible. If you lose both your password and every trusted-device unlock path, the existing encrypted data may be unrecoverable and the fallback is to start fresh.
