Adding another device is simple: install/open NimbleCal, sign in, and let sync do the rest.
Privacy note
Sync replicates encrypted calendar data. NimbleCal cannot read your event titles, notes, or descriptions during normal sync.
1) Sign in on the new device
- Open app.nimblecal.com.
- Sign in with the same account you use on your first device.
If you're prompted to unlock your encrypted data, use your NimbleCal password.
See: Passwords and key recovery
2) Keep NimbleCal open for the first sync
The first time you sign in on a new device, NimbleCal needs a moment to pull your encrypted data down.
Tip: Keep the tab open for a minute, especially if you imported a lot of events.
3) Verify things look right
Quick sanity checks:
- Search for a recent event.
- Open the sidebar and confirm your calendars are listed.
If something looks missing, see: Troubleshooting sync issues
(Optional) Install it like an app
Installing NimbleCal gives you a dedicated icon and a standalone window.
