Most sign-in issues are quick to fix.

I forgot my password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen.

Because NimbleCal uses end-to-end encryption, password resets have extra safety steps.

I did not receive the reset email

Try:

  • Waiting a couple minutes (some email providers delay automated emails)
  • Checking spam/junk
  • Searching your inbox for "NimbleCal"

If you still cannot find it, contact support.

I can sign in, but my data looks locked

You might see an "Unlock your encrypted data" prompt after sign-in. This is normal.
