NimbleCal is built to be great at core calendar work (events, recurrence, reminders, privacy). Here are a few things it does not support right now, some are on the roadmap.

Missing something important to you?
If any of these features, or something else, would make a big difference for you, let me know. Your feedback helps shape what gets built next.

Collaboration and sharing

  • Sharing entire calendars (live collaboration) is not available.
  • External calendar subscriptions (like CalDAV or webcal:// subscribe links) are not available.

Tasks and notes

  • NimbleCal focuses on calendar events. It does not support tasks or todos today.

Invites (email delivery)

  • If you import an .ics invite file, NimbleCal can help you accept/decline locally, but it does not send email replies (iTIP) in this version.

See: Troubleshooting imports

Mobile apps

  • iOS and Android apps are in development. NimbleCal is currently a web app.
  • Mobile web has limitations. Mobile browsers (iOS Safari, Android Chrome) can be used for basic viewing, but reminders and background sync don't work reliably due to platform restrictions.

For the full experience, use NimbleCal on a desktop browser.
