Most issues are quick to fix. Start from the top and stop when things look normal again.

1) Refresh the page

Try a normal refresh first.

If that does not help, try a hard refresh:

  • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
  • Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + R

2) Close extra tabs

If you have NimbleCal open in multiple tabs, try closing all but one and refresh.

3) Check your connection (and any blockers)

  • If you're on a captive portal (hotel/plane Wi-Fi), sign in to the network first.
  • If you use strict content blockers, try disabling them for app.nimblecal.com.

4) Clear browser storage only as a last resort

Clearing browser storage removes local calendar data.

Before you wipe anything
Clearing storage removes your local copy. Export first so you have a backup: Export calendars (ICS).

If sync is healthy, NimbleCal can usually re-download your encrypted data after you sign in again.
